These workouts are simple and can be done in very little time, which means there aren’t any excuses for why you can’t do them! They can all be done in the comfort of your dorm, and you can even invite your roommate to get fit with you!

The 25 Minute Dorm Room Workout
This workout by textbooks.com takes only 25 minutes and it’s really easy, if you don’t know how to do any of them then they explain it below the workout! This also doesn’t require any workout equipment which is great for those just starting out, or maybe you’d rather not buy anything. This is absolutely a no-excuses workout!
The Ultimate Dorm Room Workout
Gen from Gracefully Gen claims that this workout takes only 16 minutes! It’s a tabata workout, which she explains is extremely intense. From my experience with high-intensity workouts I can say that they are so worth it! During the exercise you’ll want to die but as soon as you’re done you’ll feel so great all day.
7 Day Slim Down Workout
This workout is my favorite and ultimate go-to when I have no idea what I wanna do. It comes from Tone It Up and I absolutely love them with all my heart. They do regular challenges within the whole Tone It Up community and all of their workouts are easy and use minimal equipment, sometimes none at all! I’d highly recommend checking out more of their free workouts!
The Quiet Workout
Is your roommate trying to study? Are you afraid of everyone in your hall hearing you work out? Then this is the one for you, because this workout from Greatist says that you should be “ready to sweat without making a sound”! They have an easy-to-follow graphic that states every workout, as well as a description of how to do them underneath.
4 Minute Fat Burn
I love this workout because it takes seriously no time at all, but it really gets your heart rate up! This workout comes from Skinny Ms. and it’s perfect for when you literally have no time to exercise. You could even do this right before you go to bed, so you’ll be tired enough to get a good night’s rest.
5 One-Song Workouts
These workouts from Buzzfeed are so much fun and are as simple as a single song length. All you have to do is pick your favorite song from the list, and complete the workout! This could also be a great week long challenge, where you do a different song for 5 days.
4 Week No-Gym Home Workout Plan
If you’re looking to lose weight, or you just don’t want to think about what workout to do that day, then try following this 4 week workout from HIIT Workout! It has a graphic that you can download onto your phone and literally do it anywhere. The best part is that none of the workouts need any equipment!
Level One Exercise Plan
This is another 4 week workout from To Insanity and Back designed for those who are just starting out. It starts out simple and builds your way up to becoming stronger and better. I love this for when I haven’t worked out in a while and can’t handle doing an intense workout right away. It’ll get you into shape and in 4 weeks you’ll see how much stronger you can be!
50 Minute High Intensity Kickboxing Workout
Looking for something fun to do as a workout? The original video for this article isn’t available anymore, however they have provided a 25 minute video that you can complete twice. This workout from Tone and Tighten is really fun and gets you moving! It’s definitely not a silent workout, but if you have the space and you wanna dance to workout then this is the one for you!
8 Minute Bikini Abs
This workout from Fitwirr is awesome for isolating your abs. It’s so quick and easy that you can literally do it whenever! You could even do a normal full-body routine first and then finish it up with this to really get those bikini abs!
